i spent at least two months coveting these rain boots before i deemed them "on sale enough" to purchase. plus, yesterday was scattered with torrential rains, so the grace really needed some rain boots! here's some documentation of them being put to good use.
her uncle jared helped her make some good mud bombs (they enjoyed throwing them around discus style.) the boots were on...
and then off.
i threw this one in because i just love this little bunny barrett.
here she is at the end surveying the damage. no boots, no socks, just good, unencumbered toes for the mud to squish in between. only my good friend, allie, and now grace, can appreciate the joys of mud tromping.

Now the mud tromping gives me just a little anxiety.

and yes, i am in love with skinny jeans on the g. h&m started carrying them this year! i think i like to dress grace in things that i wish i could wear...skinny jeans, rompers, feet pajamas...
oooooo... that looks like some good mud! I'm glad you're introducing gracie to the joys of mud squishing between the toes. Oh, and who ever said you couldn't wear rompers and footie pajamas? I think you'd look adorable! Love Allie
