30 was a very good year. 31 promises to be even better.
happy birthday to the man i love the most. the most patient, kind, and wonderful person in my life. and undoubtedly the bravest wilkes around.
the birthday breakfast: bacon with bacon fried pancakes, bacon fried eggs and maple syrup.
this picture was way over exposed but i love it so i'm hoping it's a little better in b&w.
we had a delicious evening with the family down at the changs. mark and g'pa chang are almost exactly 50 years apart so it's been fun to celebrate birthdays together.
g'pa & g'ma chang saved all the bottom blueberries for grace to pick. one for her mouth, one for the basket.

we're not sure when the girls grew up and who gave them permission to do so. it's happening too fast i tell you!

happy bday dude! what's in the cupcakes? they look really good, but i'm gonna be honest, they sound disgusting!! my hubby loves bacon too--so those might be the perfect dessert for him as well.
indeed mark might have the bravest in the stomach in the family for that breakfast concoction! the cupcakes are genius and i bet they were yummy. just like i hear the bacon maple voodoo doughnut is up here... and i also love the picture of mark and viv. glad it was a happy day.
I love bacon, too! How can you not? I buy turkey bacon most of the time to be a little healthier, and then for special treats we get the real deal. And, I cherish it. LOL

Jessica, best. cupcakes. ever. Also, Ness, the maple bacon doughnut made an appearance tonight at the Moss family dinner. It was superb. Thank you food network and voodoo for the inspiration!

I can't believe how old Grace looks in that picture on the swing, she IS growing up so fast! Carter and I need a play date/ mall date/ fro yo date soon. Happy Birthday Mark!! Hope 31 is a great year!
