birthdays, sculptures, and polka dots

this week my brother, jacob, celebrated his 13th b-day. grace loves her "dub."we all love jake.

we were happy to celebrate with him and help him eat his rootbeer float cupcakes!

grace titled this piece, "'stairs" such an artist.

here she is artistically directing the stairway to not fall off the table.

every time i would look away grace tried to put tiny bits of playdough in her mouth.when i would catch her in the act she would give a sly smile, throw her head back and start laughing.

you may think you're sneaky grace, but joke's on you...playdough tastes nasty!

first pedicure! grace picked out her pink polish and asked for "pokee-dots"

cutest little toes i've ever seen.

we've painted g's toes many times in her almost 2 years, but this salon experience was a first...the first of many, i'm sure!
